Meet the Team

At Timely Capital Investments LLC, we’re a passionate, hands-on team driven by a shared mission: to build and manage multifamily communities that create lasting value — for residents, investors, and neighborhoods alike.

Our team brings decades of combined experience in leadership, operations, customer service, short-term rentals, and nonprofit work. While we’re new to the multifamily space, our backgrounds in managing large teams, running successful Airbnb properties, overseeing budgets, and solving real-world problems give us a solid foundation for success.


  • Founder/ CEO

    I’m the Founder and CEO of Timely Capital Investments. After spending 28 years as a manager at Costco and many years before that managing restaurants and delis I learned firsthand what it takes to lead teams, operate efficiently, and serve people with consistency and care.

    Those decades shaped my ability to manage complex operations, solve problems on the fly, and stay focused on long-term value — all skills that directly apply to asset management in the multifamily space.

    With a deep respect for systems, service, and smart risk management, I took my passion for real estate and turned it into a mission: to build and manage multifamily communities that are both financially sound and people-centered.

    My background in construction also allows me to spot potential risks early and implement strategies to mitigate them — protecting both investors and the long-term health of each property.

  • Co-Founder & Managing Partner

    With over a decade of experience managing high-performing sales teams and five years running successful short-term rental properties, I bring a people-first, results-driven approach to multifamily real estate. While I'm new to the multifamily space, I’m no stranger to operations, leadership, and financial management.

    As an entrepreneur and Airbnb host, I’ve handled everything from guest relations to bookkeeping, marketing, and maintenance coordination — all with a hands-on approach and a focus on long-term success. My experience in education has sharpened my ability to problem-solve, lead under pressure, and build strong relationships — qualities that translate directly into asset management and investor relations.

    Outside of real estate, I’ve proudly volunteered for over 8 years with Kids & Horses, a nonprofit organization supporting children through equine therapy. From fundraising to daily operations, I’ve helped keep the mission alive and growing.

    I co-founded Timely Capital Investments LLC to take my passion for real estate and combine it with my dedication to service, transparency, and community impact. I’m here to grow — and to help others grow with me.
